Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The virtual meeting took place on 29th March 2023 and was attended by 106 members. The meeting agenda was, as follows:
1- Present period ended 31 December 2022 Audited Financial Statements;
2- Present 2023 Budget;
3- Present Board of Directors Report including the past year’s activities and the upcoming year's work plan; and
4- Appointment of external auditors and determine their fees.
