27th April of every year marks the Arab Financial Inclusion Day. OBA in collaboration with the CBO, runs a public awareness programme that includes a number of activities. This year and due to the current pandemic, such activities are limited to digital channels, such as, social media. The awareness campaign included informative messages about the banking sector and the Bank Deposit Insurance Scheme (BDIS), as well as a short cartoon video aimed towards the younger generation.
