Risk Based Approach in Managing Financial Crime by EY was held on 21st September 2021 and attended by 68 senior bank executives. 

OBA CEO attended the launch of Alizz Islamic Bank's 'Manar Alizz' on 12th October 2021. A sharia awareness initiative by the bank that serves the community. 

The event was held on 26th October 2021 in partnership with the Capital Market Authority (CMA) who invited OBA CEO to be one of the panelists.

The event that was organised by OER was held on the 27th October 2021 under the auspices of HE Undersecretary of The Ministry of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology. OBA CEO was invited to be a panelist. 

On 23rd November 2021 a virtual event took place on the topic of Central Banks Digital Currencies (CBDCs) and Cashless Society. 

OBA CEO was invited to speak at a virtual event organised jointly between CBFS and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) - Oman Chapter. The Event that was held on 14th November 2021 featured a presentation by OBA CEO titled "Enabling a paradigm shift to enhance the opportunities for the banking sector in Oman".

A virtual event was held on 12th January 2022 that was attended by more than 70 senior Bankers, CBO and CBFS.

The virtual event that took place on 7th March 2022 attracted a global audience of more than 200 participants representing approximately 115 institutions based in 27 countries. 

On 23rd March 2022, OBA hosted a small gathering of senior executive bankers and ex. CBO executives at OBA Office for a book signing ceremony for HE Hamood Sangour who recently published his book '48 Years of Service in the Omani Banking Sector. 

This virtual event took place on 28th March 2022. OBA CEO was invited to be a speaker at the event.

The event took place on the 30th of March 2022 at Al Bustan Hotel. OBA CEO was invited to be a member of the panel discussion. 

Chapter II – “everything online” – The Oman eCommerce Conference 2022, organized by Inovexic under the patronage of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion from the Sultanate of Oman.  OEC 2022 is back to assist you explore and capture the answers to the digital trends of tomorrow.

On 23rd May 2022, OBA was invited to attend the opening session of a 3-day workshop on Compliance and AML organized by the Union of Arab Banks. 

The event took place between 23rd and 25th May 2022 at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre. CBO and a number of banks participated in the event and showcased their achievements in banking technology. 

The event took place on 31st May 2022 at Al Bustan Ritz-Carlton Hotel under the auspices of HE Tahir Al Amri, CBO's Executive President. 

The event organized by Crowe on 16th June 2022 was held under the patronage of HE The Under Secretary of the Ministry of Economy and was attended OBA Chairman and the OBA team. 

The event organized jointly by Oman Arab Bank and AlIzz Islamic Bank took place on 29th June 2022. OBA CEO attended this event.

OBA's Office & Academy Manager attended this event that was held on the 29th of June 2022.

This event (supported by OBA) took place on 29th June 2022 under the patronage of HH Sayyid Kamil Bin Fahad Al Said and the Guest of Honor HE Dr. Rahma Al Mahrooqi, Minister of Higher Education. The event was attended by OBA's Administrative Associate. 

This Technology event is scheduled to be held in September this year at the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre. OBA CEO was invited to moderate a panel of discussion on the topic of Crowdfunding.
